Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. This page explains what this website collects, why, and who else sees it. It describes what the site actually does — nothing more.
What we collect
- What you give us If you use the contact form, we receive your email address and, if you write one, your message. Nothing else on this site asks you for information.
- What is collected automatically Standard analytics: the pages you view, roughly where you are (derived from your IP address), your device and browser, and the site or link that referred you. This is not tied to your name.
Why we collect it
To reply to you when you get in touch, to understand which parts of the site are useful, to see whether an advert we paid for actually brought anyone here, and to keep it working properly. That is the whole list. We do not sell your data, we do not build profiles of you ourselves, and we do not use any of this to make automated decisions about you.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that run this site:
- Formspree — delivers contact-form submissions to us by email.
- Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager — measures how the site is used.
- OpenAI — its ads pixel tells us whether an ad we ran on ChatGPT led to an enquiry, and receives a one-way hash of your email address to make that match. It is loaded only if you accept advertising cookies.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces. Because the fonts load from Google’s servers, Google receives your IP address when a page opens.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones, and OpenAI’s ads pixel sets cookies that connect a visit here back to an advert on ChatGPT. Both are off until you accept them. When you first arrive, a banner asks; until you answer, and if you decline, analytics and advertising storage stay switched off at the tag itself rather than merely unrecorded — and the OpenAI pixel is never loaded at all. You can change your mind at any time with in the footer. Nothing on the site depends on the answer.
You can also refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on that switches Google Analytics off everywhere.
We use one advertising cookie and no others: OpenAI’s ads pixel. If you accept it, it records that a page was viewed and — only if you actually send the contact form — that an enquiry was made.
When you use the contact form, OpenAI also receives a one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of your email address. This lets it match your enquiry to the advert you clicked without ever learning the address itself: the hash is a fixed string of letters and numbers that cannot be turned back into your email. The address itself is never sent, and your message is never sent at all. None of this happens unless you have accepted advertising cookies.
If you later switch advertising off, nothing further is reported and the pixel is not loaded again on your next visit.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept while the conversation is live and for as long as we may reasonably need them afterwards. Analytics data expires on Google’s standard retention schedule. Ask us to delete something and we will.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Depending on where you live — the UK, the EU, California and several other US states — some of those are legal rights rather than courtesies. Either way the answer is the same: ask us using the form below and we will do it. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is meant for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we keep the services above on their supported versions. No website can promise perfect security, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update it here. Material changes will be obvious rather than quiet.
